Delivery

All prices quoted on BBOLD-collection.co.uk are inclusive of VAT where application and delivery postage.

If we receive an order before 12pm, we aim to despatch the order the same working day. Orders received after 12pm will be despatched the following working day. Although we will do our best to ensure this happens, we cannot guarantee these delivery times. You should receive the items the next 3 to 5 working day after we despatch them.

All of our deliveries made in the UK & Irish Republic are by Royal Mail Standard deliveries.

Returns

Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory right.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to exchange or return the item(s), the following procedures must be follow:

  • Email us within seven (7) days of receipt of the items and explain the reasons for returning, indicating if exchange or a refund is required.

  • BBOLD Collection will inform you with a Return Number (RAN) via email.

  • On receiving the RAN please write the number in the box provided in the Despatch Note / Customer Receipt.

  • Use the Return Address sticker from the Despatch Note / Customer receipt and apply it on the return parcel.

  • Please ensure the items are packed in the original packaging together with the Despatch Note / Customer Receipt. Seal the parcel and take it to the nearest post office and post it to us.

Please return the items unused, unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrect or faulty items or accept any responsibilities for packages that fail to reach us. As such we strongly advise you to use a traceable and insured service to return any items to us.

You can simply return the unused items for a refund or for an exchange. For bag items, BBOLD-collection.co.uk will deduct £6.99 from the amount you have paid to cover the original delivery postage. The balance will be refunded to you. For other small accessories the amount deducted will be £3.50.

Once we have received and processed your returned item we will credit the balance to your account and notify you by email. We can only accept returns within 7 days from the date of your delivery. All items should be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
All items are checked for quality before they are sent to you. Returned items found to be worn, damaged, marked, soiled or scratched will not be refunded or exchanged.

We will process your returns as soon as we received them. However, during very busy periods, please allow 10 days for your refund or exchange to be processed. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We reserve the right to deduct the value of repackaging for any items not returned in their original packaging. All returns should be accompanied by original documentation for credit purposes. Refunds or exchanges will not usually be given for items returned without a BBOLD-collection returns number and full adherence to our terms and conditions. Postage charges for returned Products are the full responsibility of the purchaser, and are non refundable by BBOLD.
